1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment. Domestic packages are shipped using Canada Post and should arrive within 4-5 business days from the date shipped. U.S.A orders are shipped regular mail with USPS and should arrive within 10 business days or less, occasionally customs can present delay’s resulting in slower delivery times. If you have not received your order within 15 days from the purchase date, please contact us.
2. Do you do offer group discounts?
We do offer group discounts on orders over $500.00 and can accommodate custom design requests for larger quantities. If you are interested in exploring custom uniform options, send us an email or give us a call and speak to one of our friendly customer service representatives.
3. What is your return policy?
Our goal is to provide each and every customer with the perfect fit. Occasionally, however, we don’t quite get it right. In these rare cases you can return the item within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging. Studio Scrubs does not accept returns or exchanges on discounted, sale items or custom embroidery. Please email or call before sending any merchandise back to us. Studio Scrubs is not responsible for unauthorized returns.
4. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and money orders and personal checks are also accepted upon request.
5. Is ordering online safe and secure?
Yes, Studio Scrubs ensures that our customers’ information and your order data is hidden from prying eyes both during and after transactions. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card number on our registration form, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (
SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
6. Do you have a retail location?
At this time we do not have a retail location, all of our orders are processed online at www.studioscrubs.com or over the telephone. We will keep our site up to date with any information relating to Studio Scrubs entering the retail market. Our Vancouver location listed online is our production studio.
